ANPR Engine for Windows

Description

I researched and developed a new ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) software engine that will be used in Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

Project Leader.
Responsible for full software life-cycle including specification design, test and documentation.
Implement a new ANPR software engine in C/C++.
Research various vision algorithms related to ANPR to improve its performance.
